COMMUNITY MEETING USE: 

The Community Center is available to J-E Non-profit Organizations for weekly or monthly meetings at no fee as long as the group provides a certificate of insurance. Each group is required to clean up after their meetings.  

RENTAL: The Community Center is available to Town of Elbridge residents for baby showers, birthday parties, wedding showers, family gatherings, etc. 

A $50 security deposit is required.  

$125 for the Lion's Den (50 people); non-resident $150  

$170  for the Large Community Room (99 people); non-resident $200  

$100 for the Pavilion (including indoor bathrooms); non-resident $125  *Additional $25 for the use of kitchen*  

All groups may use the kitchen which has ample counter space, stove top, double oven, microwave, refrigerator & dishwasher.  

$75 for Seymour Lofft Park Pavilion
